The mummies are placed per player in a pyramid corner of the respective right neighbor. Once the third pyramid tiles are laid, the researchers must be placed irrevocably at the entrance of your choice.

Whenever a chip with a scarab has to be placed during the course of the game, the dice is then rolled and the mummies are moved accordingly within the respective neighboring pyramid.

When a mummy hits an already placed treasure, the mummy steals it and returns the loot back to the stolen player's supply.

The latter will have no choice but to place such a treasure again later, but that could possibly also be of advantage, as experienced pyramid researchers will already imagine

Die Mumien werden je Spieler in einer Pyramidenecke des jeweils rechten Nachbarn platziert. Sobald die dritten Pyramidenplattchen gelegt, die Forscher also am Eingang Ihrer Wahl unwiderruflich platziert werden müssen.

Immer, wenn im weiteren Spielverlauf dann ein Plättchen mit Skarabäus gelegt werden muß, wird hernach der Würfel geworfen und die Mumien entsprechend innerhalb der jeweiligen Nachbar-Pyramide bewegt.

Stößt eine Mumie dabei auf einen bereits platzierten Schatz, stielt die Mumie diesen, und gibt das Raubgut wieder in den Vorrat des bestohlenen Spielers zurück.

Letzterem bleibt zwar nichts anderes, als solch einen Schatz später erneut zu platzieren, aber das könnte ggf. ja auch mal von Vorteil sein, wie erfahrenere Pyramidenforscher/innen sich bereits ausmalen werden =])..
