サイノメコロシアム (Sainome Colosseum) is a card game where two fantasy characters fight each other. The publisher MR エンターテイメント (MR Entertainment) is the designer for this game.

Each turn, you may perform two of the following actions:
1) Fill your hand up to five cards
2) Equip yourself with cards in your hand and/or currently equipped cards
3) Play a card for a special effect
4) Attack your opponent

You have four slots to equip weapons, spells and/or items. In general, weak cards are versatile and can be equipped on any slot, but strong ones must be equipped on a certain slot.

When attacking, you roll a die to determine which slot is activated (roll of a 2 activates slot A, a 3 activates slot B, etc.), then damage and effect are determined. Used cards are discarded, so you will have to refill the slot, or your chance of a miss will be increased on your next attack.

Each character has their own special ability that goes well with specific cards.

You win the game when your opponent's life is reduced to zero.
