A game covering the struggle among Edo-bakuhu and Son-noh factions in Kyoto area.
Each player control any one of Aizu-faction, Sin-sen-gumi, Tyousyu-faction, and Son-noh group.
Each player has a different goal in this game. Aizu and Tyousyu are evaluated by support value. On the other hand, Sin-sen-gumi is evaluated by control of areas and Son-noh group is evaluated by placement of their bases.
