Before starting the game, look at all the signs on the cards - different colors of roofs, characters near the houses, shapes of windows, and a fence around each house. Then choose from four options for the game rules.

"Find the Mouse": The mouse has gone to visit one of its friends. Players must guess which house it is in.
"House Lost": Players have to memorize a row of houses and then identify which one was removed by the host.
"Where do the little mice go?": The little mice take turns going for a walk and visiting their friends. Players have to guess which houses the heroes of the game visited!
