Form a circle and start the Elmo Hot Tomato giggling. Pass Elmo to the next player. If Elmo stops giggling while your holding him you're out. The last player left in the game wins.
For more advanced play players must call out words in a category before passing Elmo. Use the cards or make up your own categories: rhyming words, family names, board games, etc.
