Lilypads is a solo / 2-player cooperative puzzle game in which the players aim to complete as many objectives as they can before the end of the game.
--
The aim of the game is to complete objectives and earn as many points as possible. Setup the game by selecting 9 of the 15 Lilypad cards and arrange them in a 3×3 grid. Place the Frog on the bottom left card. Shuffle the objectives and set the top one aside so you can see the current objective and the next objective.
On a player's turn they must move their player pawn to a different Lilypad card and then may choose to use the action on that card. Then check to see if the current objective is complete. If yes, place it in front of you and draw the next objective card then move the frog onwards one step in the grid. If no, just move the frog onwards.
The game ends once the frog has moved up the grid (from left to right and bottom to top) and then reversed her journey back to the starting card in the bottom left. Add up the victory points on completed objectives and see how well you did!
