Cross over the bridge is yet another Parchisi-like game, this time requiring players to traverse the board by means of bridges in order to reach the center island. The first player to get all four marbles into the center island wins.
Though basically a children's roll-and-move (or "pop-and-move," seeing as how the game comes with two pop-o-matic devices) there is a bit of thinking here for young minds. Specifically, you can block access to an inner ring by parking one of your marbles on the inner edge of a bridge. Such tactics may frustrate very young players while at the same time introducing them to the "take that!" concept of game play. However, there is no "sending-a-player-back-to-start" rule, which probably helps ease a bit of frustration.
