The Artillery Outpost "THUNDER" is a special double-tile terrain supplement for Neuroshima Hex and Neroshima Hex: Babel13!. It was a promotion piece provided at Spiel 2008 and then added to the Neroshima Hex Babel13 expansion (only preorder).
"THUNDER" is a special terrain element. "THUNDER" covers two hexes. Place a Turret tile on one of the 2 hexes. "THUNDER" is armed with this Turret.
If a player occupies the second hex (the steering wheel) with a friendly unit, he can rotate the Turret during his turn. During a Battle the Turret does damage to every unit hit by it (no matter if its your or enemy unit).
The Unit which steers "THUNDER" does not perform any other action during the battle. If the steering unit dies or leaves the hex, "THUNDER" is unoccupied. The next player who moves a Unit there will gain control of "THUNDER". If during a battle nobody controls "THUNDER", the Turret attacks automatically in the direction it is aimed.
"THUNDER" can not be destroyed; you can only kill the unit that controls it. Features as Terrain: Turret, Control Panel.
Expands:
Neuroshima Hex! 3.0
