They, along with the Theater and Golden Shrine promo tiles, were later made available by Fantasy Flight Games as free download.
Hospital - A player who finishes their turn on the hospital draws two additional cards.
Meeting Hall - A player who finishes their turn on the meeting hall may immediately jump to any other building tile but cannot execute any further actions or use special abilities there.
