Slime Control is a single-player puzzle game. The goal is to eliminate as many of the Multi-Eyed Gelatinous Cubes (D6 Dice) as possible before your last Slime is eliminated.
The game setup includes tossing the dice onto the game board as a random setup each time the game is played.
Slimes can take 1 of the following Actions each Turn as they take control of the Multi-Eyed Gelatinous Cubes (MEGC):
Move a MEGC
Grow into a Large Slime
Suck Life out of a MEGC
Jump onto an Adjacent MEGC
Activate the Power of the MEGC
Large Slimes can split into 2 smaller Slimes to take control of more MEGCs at the same time.
Multi-Eyed Gelatinous Cube Powers
Black - Can only be controlled by a Large Slime.
Blue - Grow an Extra Small Slime and place it on an Adjacent MEGC, on the same turn
Brown - Starting Value is 6. 6
Green - When controlled by a Slime, it can move 2 Squares (instead of 1).
Purple - When controlled by a Slime, it can pass through a wall.
Red - UPKEEP: Automatically hunts down the nearest Slime and explodes when adjacent to the Slime.
White - Frozen and cannot be moved.
Yellow - UPKEEP: Automatically move clockwise around the board.
After no additional valid moves can be made, count the number of dice remaining on the board. The fewer dice remaining, the better the score.
Required components:
A printed Dungeon Map (printed on 8.5 x 11 paper). It contains a 6x6 grid of squares
5 Blue Glass Gems – 3 Small gems as small Slimes, 2 Large gems as large Slimes.
If you do not have gems, use 3 small coins (like dimes) and 2 larger coins (like nickels).
Sixteen D6 Dice (2 of each of the following colors). These are the Multi-Eyed Gelatinous Cubes (MEGC) that populate the Dungeon.
2 Black
2 Blue
2 Brown
2 Green
2 Purple
2 Red
2 White
2 Yellow
Each Turn is made up of two Phases, Action and Upkeep.
During the Action Phase, the Player controls the Slime(s) on the board.
During the Upkeep Phase, the Player moves the Dice per specific rules.
