Speedy Delivery is a climbing game with a courier theme.
In Speedy Delivery, each round one of four players will take on the role of a courier, attempting to deliver (shed out) their entire hand of cards before the other three players can prevent it from happening by shedding out first.
Each round, players bid to determine who will be the Courier and who will be the Obstacles.
The play is standard ladder climbing play, familiar to anyone who has played Tichu, Haggis, Chimera, or many traditional climbing games.
One player leads with a card combination. Other players must follow with a higher combination of the same type, play a "bomb", or pass.
Points are rewarded for successful rounds and subtracted for failed rounds. The highest score after several rounds wins.
