InWord is a fast word game where you have to find words that contain a random combination of three letters - in the exact order and without interposing other letters.

InWord is a quick word game for 2 to 6 people. You'll discover how many words there are with letter combinations that at first seem impossible.

How do you play InWord?

Reveal three random cards side by side and think of words in which that combination appears - in exactly that order and without interposing other letters.

If you can't think of a single word, you should pass before anyone else. Now you have to hope that nobody in the round can think of a word. Then you will get 10 points directly on your account.
But if at least one person comes up with a word then you get 10 minus points instead.

If someone gets particularly creative, then you simply vote on whether you accept that word. If more than half of the thumbs point up, the word counts, otherwise it just doesn't. Very simple!

Otherwise, the others take turns to name a word. Whoever can't find a word, is out. The person who is the last to have a word then gets the number of words found up to that point as points.

Then the next round begins with a new combination of letters ...

You can end the game at any time if you feel like it. Whoever has the most points wins, of course.

If you have people with you who think too long or if you just want to increase the speed, you can also set a time limit.
