Beast at the Gates is a hex and counter brigade level game simulating the Battle of Drewry's Bluff, published in Yaah #7. It uses old school mechanics but features leader personality ratings, a streamlined activation system, random events, and simplified artillery rules. Six scenarios allow players to explore the possibilities of this often overlooked battle.
