Middle East '48 (originally known by Sinai '48) is a brigade level simulation of the Israeli War of Independence in May through June of 1948.
Map is 11x17 glossy paper of the Sinai through Lebanon, 64 uncut, one-sided counters on card stock.
One player commands the Jewish (Israeli) forces, while the other commands the various Arab forces. Game play is I-go, You-go with 15 game turns.
Victory is based on the number of major cities held by the Arabs at the end of the game.
