The wooden frame game box folds open to display the baseball field on one half and a large spinner on the other half. The spinner lists various results in two concentric rings - "hit", "ball", "strike" and "out" appear all around the outermost ring, while various other results appear sporadically in the inner ring ("foul", "fly to center", "hit to right", "out at first", etc.)
Lineup cards for various teams are included. The selected teams are inserted into the playing field and list the players for various teams of the era. The playing field has holes in it for wooden playing pieces to track scores, runners on base, the positions of players in the field, etc. Strikes, balls, and outs are tracked with rotating wheels.
