Inspector Penguin is a bluffing card game for 2-4 players. The goal of the game is to craft jewelry with normal and magical pebbles. Magical pebbles are forbidden and risky to use, but give you a bonus action. Beware of the Inspector Penguin who can block you from crafting jewelry if they uncover a magical pebble. Use your action cards strategically to help you dodge the inspector, or help you sniff out magical pebbles.
