Rules designed to deal with small unit actions between 1915 and 1995.
Aimed at Platoon or company level with limited air and armour support.
They use non-linear ground scale, varying from 1:400 at short distances to 1:2000 at the maximum envisaged distance. In effect accentuating the role of small-arms & other infantry weapons.
Turns are simultaneous and in general the order set out in the Bound should be followed.
Reaction rolls are there to make the unit leaders the centre of the game.
Allow hidden movements in the presence of an empire
