Using the capacities and weapons of the actual ships, players can explore the fascinating ramifications of modern naval fighting. Two players each take the role of a commander - American, Israeli, Egyptian, Chinese, or one of the dozens of nationalities . . . to re-fight the naval battles of tomorrow, today."
