Don't Give Up The Ship is a detailed set of miniatures rules. It appears to have originally been published in several 1971 issues of International Wargamer. It was published separately by Guidon and later TSR.

The 58-page booklet covers Age of Sail actions from the Napoleonic period. The rules allow players to recreate naval actions of the days of the American Revolution and War of 1812, including both detailed single ship actions and fleet actions. Eight single ship scenarios from the War of 1812 are included, as well as ten historical actions from 1793 to 1812.

The rules include sections on Sighting, Burning Ships, Special Guns, Weatherliness, Repairs, Seamanship, Water Depth, and optional Shot Weight Rules.
