In the mid-1970s, a popular newspaper in São Paulo, Brazil was responsible for one of the most widely circulated urban legends of the time, which allowed the original story to continue for more than 30 editions: the “Bebê Diabo” (Devil Baby) was born. Coming from a hospital in the ABC region of São Paulo, the child was born with horns, a tail and could talk! This is bizarre!

Of course, many were suspicious of the “saga” that was told, as it never included a real photo of the little creature.

In this game, your mission as a journalist is to obtain proof that the Devil Baby really exists, with the help of a news agency for photographs!

Rumors lead those involved (including you) through the neighborhood, in pursuit of the scoop.

Get your typewriter ready and don’t miss any tips to get the story first-hand!

To win, the player must publish two editions of the newspaper that prove the existence of the little devil. To do this, he will need a snapshot and a headline. The headline comes from cards in the player's hand, while the snapshot is obtained from the neighborhood blocks on the board, when one of the two gossipers, the photographer and the Devil Baby himself are grouped together. It is worth noting that the gossipers and the photographer move along tracks and the baby orthogonally between adjacent blocks. On the player's turn, he must buy a card and make his move, laying down as many cards as he wants. The cards have numbers that can be added up and divided among the actors on the board.

There are three types of cards:
- RUMOR, whose intrinsic action is to allow the Devil Baby to move.
- PHOTOGRAPHER, which allows the snapshot to be taken.
- HEADLINE, used in conjunction with the snapshot that has the Devil Baby's image to obtain the publication of an edition of the newspaper.

There is a limited number of times that players can take photos during the game (10 in a game with up to 2 players and 12 for 3 or more players). Each time a player "takes a photo", a marker is placed on the block where the photo was taken and it is no longer allowed to take photos in that location.

When "taking a photo", the player reveals one of the 6 snapshot cards that are placed face down. Two of them show the image of the Devil Baby with the city in the background, while the others show only the city, but allow the player to perform other types of actions.

A perfect turn would be: player draws a card, plays "X" number of cards, groups a gossip, the baby and the photographer on a block, reveals a snapshot of the Devil Baby, plays a headline card and publishes an edition of the newspaper, taking one of the newspaper cards for himself.
